Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you're

for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the next billing date.
What counts as a "verified lead"?
A verified lead is a contact whose email address has been triple-verified โ meaning
we've
confirmed the domain exists, the mailbox is active, and the address accepts mail. We do not count
unverified
or bounced emails against your quota.
